Ask The Experts About Virtual Therapist

William asks…
I want to drop out of school soooooo bad, if i do, what jobs will i be able to get?
I have no motivation, I haven’t since 3rd grade. I’ve seen therapists and many school councelors. I have had LOTS of help but things still stay the same. I have all F’s now and I’m in virtual school, I had leave public school because I got into too much trouble and they didn’t want me there anymore. I’m not going to pass virtual school and it’s only been the 3rd week and they want me to stop doing there virtual stuff and go to a different school, another public school. I have no motivation I’m going to drop out everyone says my life is just being wasted so I should just kill myself since I”ll be a nobody. My mom even says I’ll be a nobody as well as my “freinds” so if I drop out, what else can I do for a job that’ll atleast support me for a car payment, house payment, and food. By the way I’m 14 years old and failed 7th grade once almost twice I’m now in 8th grade. Going to fail, again,.
I know this is the wrong subject, but the real subject no one is answering questions on.
Stay in school and do WHAT? Fail all my life? Keep hopping schools because they don’t want me anymore? Also there’s nothing I can do about it now considering my virtual school progress is impossible to catch up on so I already fail virtual school now I have to go to a new school. Yay.

If you feel like you’re being honest with yourself (rather than convincing school isn’t for you because you’re lazy) and you just can’t stay in school no matter how hard you try, finding jobs will be a little more difficult for you. Well, a lot more difficult — sorry, I don’t want to try to say untrue things to make you feel better because if you believe me, it’d just hurt you in the end.
You can always start off with teen jobs. Fast food jobs, store department jobs, things like that. You know what I’m talking about? Eventually you would be able to be promoted to a manager and go on from there — providing that you work hard at your work.
If those don’t seem fitting, you can also consider some jobs with things like cars or drilling or something. You can check out some videos or look up how to learn some skills and teach them to yourself. But remember it takes practice to perfect those skills.
Once you have those skills, you might be able to get a job where that skill is required.
Thing is, if you don’t want to go to school, you have to teach yourself skills to be able to get a decent job. Skills that schools might be able to teach you. Skills like:
Time management.
Skills in you career field.
Etc. Etc.
Best wishes to you and may you go far in life even if school isn’t right for you!
EDIT: I’m not encouraging you to drop out. Not at all. But if you feel like you must, up there is my advice for you.
Second EDIT: Reading your additional details now, I hope you aren’t offended by what people say. We really just encourage you to go to school. But if you feel as if you really don’t belong, I hope you receive an answer that would be helpful, regardless if it’s mine or not ^^
